Suols are a man-made species; forged of wolves and legendary pegasus remains. The first generation was their test subjects. However, one day, the released them into the wild. They no longer had any reason to keep them since their test were over. Ever since then the first generation has moved up high to the sky, away from man kind. They live quietly in any assortment of high altitude.

Each herk (herdpack) can have about 5 to, around, 100 members each, not including elders or the dieing.
Suol's mate for life when they come of age. If one dies, they may have permisson to search for a new mate if they wish. Cheating is NOT tolerated in the Suol community, and see it as a sin.
Mating season is usual at the beginning of the Winter Season. Young are beared during the spring/late spring, early summer.
During the mating season, its normal for some males to fight over a certian female. However fights only consit of hitting and biting, not using power for it could injure their comrade or the female, if she's near by.
During the birthing season, a female can only bear up to 1 or 2 offspring. However there have been rare cases where she can bear 3.
Children come of age around 1 Year. At that point they are allowed to start looking for a mate, however they cannot offically mate till both partners are (or above) 2 years of age.

All suols are born with an equine-like body and chest. Their legs are like that of a horse's however, at the bottom, where the hoof would be, is a small opening of two wolf-like paws. This happens on ALL four legs. Their head is shaped like a canine's, but their nose is formed like a horse's. Also, as it was a malfuction in testing, their ears are pulled back slightly.
Diet
Suols are omnivors. (But more herbivor like)
Meat wise they enjoy small animals like cubs, fox kits, birds, big cats, elk and caribou. Also rats, if they are fast enough to catch them.
Plant wise, they'll eat just about anything from grass, to leaves off bushes. Sometimes even berries if they find any,

Each Tail, Ear, Mane and Wing has a gender symbol besides it. That means its for that gender.
About Markings:
Markings on Suols can vary largly from one to another. Their colors normally match up with their element, but sometimes they can be completely different colors. The cause of this is still unknown.
